The hottest new nightspot as winter rolls around is Aspen - a sleek-yet-warm take on the Rocky Mountain paradise that's attracting an equally gorgeous crowd. This swank, Seventies-style ski lodge has just opened in the Flatiron district, serving apres-ski tapas, such as mini bison sliders with melted cheese and bacon, venison sausages with choucroute and barbeque chicken lollipops.
